The Grasslands Book Project
Invites you to Play a Part
Through my newsletters, many of you have joined me during the past two years on this exciting journey of discovery. I initiated this project together with a few dedicated ecologists and friends with a passion for the grasslands, and the trust that a supportive community would evolve. After two years of photographing and writing, our passion and commitment has only increased.

With no corporate, government or NGO funding so far; with only our own resources and the generous contributions of several individuals, we have now completed two-thirds of the project.
We are now urging your participation to meet the challenge of publishing the book. With the support of you, our community, we can bring this project to fruition. As a supporter you will be acknowledged in the book by name; for additional support you will receive the Full Moon over the Grasslands limited edition print, shown below.
For your donation of $50, I will be honoured to place your name, in a special acknowledgement section of the book, as a grasslands supporter.
For your donation of $250, you will be acknowledged in the book as above, plus I will send you an 8"x12" limited edition photographic print of my image Full Moon over the Grasslands (shown below). This includes postage and a certificate of authenticity.
For your donation of $500, I will send you a special acknowledgement in the book, plus you will receive a 16"x24" limited edition photographic print of my image Full Moon over the Grasslands. This includes postage and a certificate of authenticity.
A portion of all book sales will be donated to the Grasslands Conservation Council of British Columbia for the preservation of grasslands and all that lives there.

Our BC grasslands represent less than 1% of the land-base, yet it is home to approximately 35% of all plants that grow in BC and 35% of all our endangered or threatened species.
Your support will help ensure that our publication goal is achieved, and we will all be one step further toward achieving the ultimate goal: the conservation of B.C.’s grasslands and all the endangered plants and species that live there.
