    1. Hi Stan. Thank you, and you too have a wonderful Christmas Season in your native homeland. Chris

  6. Hi Chris, I really enjoyed the images and inspiration in this newsletter. Don’t know if you remember Liz and I (perhaps the old Land Rover), but we still reminisce fondly about the workshop with you and Dennis those many years ago. So much learned and still much more to uncover; your art work and that of Dennis combined with the infectious enthusiasm is part of my own journey. Thank you. I wish you a very happy Christmas and New Year.
    Cheers,
    Chris

    1. I certainly remember you both, and your imagery (and the Land Rover, of course)! A big thanks to you both from Dennis and I. We certainly enjoy what we do, and people like yourselves are what make it so special. Best wishes to you both. Chris

  8. Hi Chris
Wow! Congratulations on 17 years of monthly newsletters. They have been an exciting source of image-making inspiration for me and this latest one is no exception.

Happy Holidays to you and Rita!
    Pat

    1. Thanks…great to hear from you Pat. Best wishes to Jane and yourself; hopefully we bump into one another one day soon. Cheers, Chris

  9. it’s always such a pleasure to read your newsletters, Chris – you have a way of combining wonderful images with enlightening commentary, which always gives me a direct hit of inspiration. I was in Montreal last week myself, but it was a very different landscape – grey and cold and deeply wintry! Too cold for me to stand still long enough to take any interesting pictures, alas – but I’m inspired to see what I can do with Vancouverscapes now that I’m back home (and it isn’t so cold). Wishing you and Rita all the very best for 2022 – and hope our paths cross again soon!

    1. Hi Avril, wonderful to hear from you as always. YOUR words are inspiring! Thank YOU. I agree, Vancouver scapes would be a fantastic subject for creative exploration. Go for it!!
All the very best in the new year, and I too look forward to meeting you again…when and where that happens to be! Chris
