Rainbow Ridge

It was raining and the colours of Rainbow Ridge would be saturated; the weather was perfect. I hiked for five hours, over a pass and then up onto this ridge. I found the perspective I wanted, waited for a squall to pass over so as not to get raindrops on my lens, and then made this panorama image. The mountain made its own light, enough to reveal the downward flow of texture and colour.
