Hi everyone. I’m back home; back in the Cariboo region of central BC after a wonderful season of photography. I just looked at my previous blog post ( my God, it was August!) and I see where I was doing a reconnaissance trip for my Langley Club Photo Workshop. So, just to continue along that theme, we had a wonderful experience together over a period of three days.
We did stop at this colourful lake, and here is an abstract image I made in between chats with participants. It’s a composition made up of colour contrast. It’s like an abstract painting I could have made on canvas with oils or water colours and a broad paint brush. There are so many ways to look at the landscape. That is why I love the creative aspect of photography.
