One evening I was walking over the crest of a hill when I noticed clumps of Bluebunch Wheatgrass silhouetted against the late evening sky. I began to visualize an image, not with the sun, but with a full moon.
To create this image I made a double exposure. The first was the silhouetted grass against the sunset sky. The second was taken on the same piece of film two months later on a clear full moon night. The result is as I imagined - Full Moon over the Grasslands.
