Unna Lake, a small 'kettle' lake in Bowron Lake Park, British Columbia, was created by a large chunk of ice that broke off a retreating glacier some 10,000 years ago. Today it is one of the most serene and peaceful lakes on the Bowron Lake canoe circuit. I made this image from my sleeping bag just after the sun rose over Mt. Kaza.
