High in the alpine region of British Columbia's Cariboo Mountains, a pack train of horses follow a mountain ridge toward camp. At this elevation, weather systems move and change dramatically and quickly. In this image, I was able to capture the contrast between the dark rain cloud above and the white cumulous clouds in the distance. The silhouetted cowboy and his horses added a human element to this Cariboo mountain scene.
